Lady Obaba When Yohko gets sucked into another dimension, after her strange dreams, she meets an old woman. It would seem that Lady Obaba is just serving Lord Biryu, but she has a few more tricks up her sleeve than she lets on to. Lady Obaba also tends to be just abstract and vague enough to confuse Yohko. She's is however very kind and polite.

Princess Yanagi From inside the orb of her hideous demon captor, appears the beautiful Princess Yanagi who nearly radiates elegance and grace. A Nymph of the Willows, she plays the flute, and is endowed with the power to form a protective shield, which even a very powerful demon would have quite a difficult time penetrating.

Master Biryu With a soothing voice, pretty enough to look like he came from a Shoujo manga, and a with very serene quality about him, Biryu quickly catches Yohko's heart (yeah, like THAT'S a difficult task...). It seems that in a time long past, he was imprisoned by his father for a forbidden love, and is held captive inside of an orb which lay within a demon sentinel... waiting to be set free.

Demons
In episode 3 Yohko actually has to fight
a lot of different devels (well one that
changes forms often anyhow). Each of
them seems slightly different, and crafty
in their own way. The weak point on the
demons are the places that the orbs are
embedded within them. Even with a "weak"
spot, the demons are very powerful...
and is Yohko biting of a little bit more
than she can chew?
